What to expect

In the Shop:

  • Work in a collaborative, supportive team environment with a strong teammate-focused culture

  • Learn the latest in automotive technology advancements, such as Advance Driver-Assistance Systems (collision avoidance or traffic sensors)

  • Safe and engaging work environment using state-of-the-art equipment and quality materials

  • Learn industry-leading best practices and receive company-paid collision repair training, such as I-CAR certifications

Technical Training: 

  • Repair planning and safety practices

  • Replacement and alignment of bolt-on panels

  • Plastic bumper and steel panel repair

  • Disassembly and reassembly of parts, trim and hardware

  • Corrosion protection, seam sealing and foams replacement

  • MIG welding and spot welding on steel panels

  • Removal and replacement of weld-on panels

  • Frame set-up and light sheet metal structural pulls

  • Electrical and mechanical repair basics
