Estimate Appointment

Here's what to expect on the day of your appointment:

Your estimate appointment should take approximately 45 minutes.
Identify all accident-related concerns, both visible and non-visible, with your Service Advisor.
Your Service Advisor will review your vehicle’s damage and take photos.
Receive a detailed estimate and schedule your repairs with ease today.

Getting your car ready for repairs:

Because we might need to calibrate your car’s settings, please have a full tank of gas. Learn more about why calibrations are important and how to prepare.

Remove all personal items including from your trunk. Don't forget your garage door openers, badges, car seats, etc.
Bring a physical key or key fob.
If you're dropping off an Electric Vehicle, please bring your portable charger cord.

On the day of your appointment:

Please arrive on time and feel free to reach out with any questions before your appointment.
Bring your repair estimate and insurance check (if applicable).
Your Service Advisor will provide an estimated completion date for repairs. Completion dates are only estimates and may vary if other damage is identified.
You will receive continual repair updates through your preferred communication method.​

  • Arrange a rental car from onsite partner, Enterprise
  • Provide contact info for step-by-step updates via phone, email or text

Vehicle disassembly

  • Vehicle taken apart to identify all damage
  • Customer and insurance company approve any estimate updates
  • Repairs begin
  • Estimated completion date communicated via phone, email or text

Vehicle repair

  • Repairs per vehicle manufacturer's repair guidelines
  • Perform first quality inspection
  • Confirm delivery date via phone, email or text

Vehicle paint

  • Body smoothing and sanding
  • Primer, paint and clear coat applied
  • Perform second quality inspection

Vehicle reassembly

  • Vehicle reassembled
  • Final delivery date reminder sent via phone, email or text

Quality assurance

  • We prep your car for pick-up
  • Perform advanced driver-assistance system calibrations as needed, powered by Protech
  • Service Advisor performs final quality assurance check

On-time delivery

  • Pick up vehicle on time, every time
