Safety first at Caliber

Facial coverings

Per CDC recommendations, face masks are optional for those who are fully vaccinated and recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated, unless required by state or local regulations.

Greetings

We will still greet you with a smile but have suspended all handshakes and physical contact. You are welcome inside, but if you would like for us to greet you at the vehicle at drop-off, please call the center. The center phone number can be found in your appointment email.

Social Distancing

We are adhering to the CDC recommendations of distancing ourselves six feet from others. We will be happy to take payments over the phone and to provide all finalized paperwork electronically or leave copies in your vehicle.

Sanitation

Our centers are being cleaned and sanitized regularly, including shared, high-touch services. Our teammates are washing their hands throughout the day and using hand sanitizer.

Customers’ vehicles

Customers should remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before drop-off. We will be wiping down and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in our customers’ vehicles both at drop-off and prior to delivery. Our teammates will also be using disposable gloves when working inside your vehicle.
