Through our family of brands, including <a href="https://www.caliber.com/services/collision">Caliber Collision</a> alongside <a href="https://www.caliber.com/services/auto-glass">Caliber Auto Glass</a> and &nbsp;<a href="/services/fleet">Caliber Fleet Services</a>, we invest significant resources into the safety and well-being of our 31,000-plus teammates. Caliber strives to support each teammate in reaching their full potential, and it starts with a healthy, safe work environment.
To proactively identify potential safety issues and prevent injuries before they happen, Caliber has developed job hazard assessments for each position in our centers. This approach ensures teammates have the knowledge and resources, including all required personal protective equipment (PPE), to safely perform their various job responsibilities. If a teammate is hurt, Caliber maintains a nationwide 24/7 nurse triage hotline to ensure they receive prompt medical treatment and any necessary follow-up medical care.
At Caliber, teammate safety is our number one priority, so every teammate&rsquo;s journey begins with job-specific safety training. Additionally, weekly safety reminders are shared with all teammates during team engagement meetings and featured on Spotlight TVs in each of our centers.&nbsp;
Caliber has equipped all collision centers with state-of-the-art equipment such as dust extraction systems, which protect teammates and the environment from exposure to dust generated during the repair process. All equipment, including lifts, frame machines, compressors and welding tools, are routinely inspected and serviced to ensure safe operation.
Accountability plays a vital role in achieving a safe environment at Caliber. Center management conducts daily safety inspections at each location to ensure compliance with Caliber standards, as well as OSHA safety standards. Caliber has partnered with GMG EnviroSafe to conduct comprehensive quarterly safety assessments. The highest-scoring centers are recognized weekly for excellence in upholding our safety standards, while other locations receive additional resources and support to ensure compliance.
Our teammates consistently recognize Caliber&rsquo;s commitment to safety as one of our top-scoring areas in an annual teammate survey. We are proud of these results, as well as our teammates, who ensure we maintain a safe, supportive work environment.
