Kevin had no experience in the automotive industry before Caliber. However, he did know how to work hard and give his goals 100% of his effort. He began as a detailer, providing clean cars to customers, but he didn't stop there. He pushed past his own misconceptions about tenure and tapped into his own sense of determination.

Kevin rose. Through opportunities for continued learning at Caliber, he became a General Manager. Not only did he succeed and plans to continuing rising, he also leads by example, encouraging his team to be ambitious and maintain their Platinum-level status.

It lends credibility to the popular JFK quote, "A rising tide lifts all boats."
