Apprenticeships don't just change the lives of the young and newly graduated from high school.

Cody began his journey with Caliber after his military service came to an abrupt end. He discovered Caliber's Changing Lanes program, a registered Career Skills Program (CSP) and SkillBridge program approved by the Department of Defense, that helps transition our veterans from military service to civilian career with training in the automotive industry.

In the video, you can see Cody's journey has been full of twists and turns. Yet, learning a skilled trade gave him direction and surrounded him with a circle of support, emphasized by pivotal decision made by Regional Vice President, Nobert.

Cody may not be a soldier anymore but he still climbed the ranks from civilian apprentice to General Manager, thanks to the Changing Lanes program.
