NABC Recycled Rides

Through our partnership with the National Auto Body Council’s Recycled Rides®️ program, Caliber lives our purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®️ by providing fully restored vehicles to veterans, active-duty service members, first responders and others in need of reliable transportation.

Restoring You Food Drive

During the summer months, millions of children who rely on school lunches for their main source of daily food go hungry when schools close. Our annual Restoring You Food Drive partners with local food banks to feed children in need in the communities we serve during these critical summer months.

American Heart Association

We partner with the American Heart Association to raise money for cardiovascular health research and support to help beat heart disease. We've worked with AHA to train our 24,000+ teammates and local communities in hands-only CPR.

Teammate Spotlight

Our highly skilled teammates are respected for their talents across all disciplines. Our goal is to create a workplace where everyone is valued, continually trained and recognized for their contributions to the team. And for those who would like to become teammates, we have two On-the-Job paid training programs. The free Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) is a paid hands-on, live shop environment led by experienced technician trainers and placement in a Caliber center upon graduation. For transitioning military, Caliber offers the paid Changing Lanes program. New classes start every five weeks with job placement opportunities offered at one of our Caliber locations upon successful completion.
